Terms of Service

The Site, including the savings estimator, solar tax calculator, snapshots and any examples, is for general information and illustration only. Results are estimates that rely on stated assumptions (for example, federal tax only and sufficient tax liability to use credits and deductions) and on tax law that changes. They are not tax, legal or accounting advice, a guarantee of savings or a prediction of your results.

Using the Site, submitting a form, or communicating with us does not create an attorney-client or CPA-client relationship. That relationship begins only when you and our firm sign a written engagement agreement. Do not send confidential or time-sensitive information until then.

You must be at least 18 and able to form a binding contract. If you create an account, you must give accurate information, keep your credentials secure and tell us promptly of any unauthorized use. You are responsible for activity under your account.

You agree not to:

• Use the Site unlawfully or to submit false, misleading or infringing information.
• Probe, scan or test the Site's security, or interfere with or overload it.
• Use bots, scrapers or other automated means to access the Site, except standard search engine crawling.
• Attempt to access accounts, plans or data that are not yours.
• Reverse engineer, copy or resell the Site or its tools.

You keep ownership of the information you submit. You give us permission to use it to provide the services you request and as described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for its accuracy and for having the right to share it.

Reviews on the Site are real Google reviews of CPA Attorney, LLC, shown with the reviewer's first name and last initial. They reflect individual experiences. Prior results do not guarantee a similar outcome in any other matter.

Professional services are provided under a separate written engagement agreement, which controls scope, fees and responsibilities. If you buy anything through the Site, you agree to the price and payment terms shown at checkout. Payments are processed by Stripe and are subject to its terms.

The Site, including its text, design, logos, software and tools, belongs to us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to use the Site for its intended purpose. All other rights are reserved.

The Site may link to or rely on third-party sites and services. We do not control them and are not responsible for them.

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure or error free.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we and our owners, attorneys, accountants, employees and affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or lost profits, savings or data, arising from your use of the Site or reliance on its estimates. Our total liability for claims relating to the Site will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us through the Site in the 12 months before the claim or $100. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, and nothing here limits the terms of any written engagement agreement.

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims, losses and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.

We may suspend or end your access to the Site at any time if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or to protect the Site or others. Provisions that by nature should survive termination will survive.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. You and we agree that the state and federal courts located in Clark County, Nevada have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these Terms or the Site, and consent to that venue.

We may update these Terms from time to time by posting the new version with an updated date. Your continued use of the Site after a change means you accept it.
